• addHow do I search for candidates to fill my open positions?
  You will be able to select skills, experience, education form a list of drop downs, to focus in on what you are looking for and the system will produce a list of possible candidates that you can reach out to.
• addI don’t have time to go through all of the candidates, do you provide a screening service?
  Yes, if you select our Gold or Platinum service, this is included. We will ask you for a list of screening questions, screen the candidates and provide you with a shortlist to work with.
• addWhat if I require additional assistance with next stage interviews?
  We will work with you on next stage interview questions and further screen candidates down providing a full transcript of the interview and key highlights.

For Travel Industry Professionals

• addCan I search for open positions on this site?
  No, this site developed to connect Travel Industry Professionals and Employers in a more direct manner. Travel Industry Professionals can build out a profile, that is then searchable by perspective Employers, who key in the skills, experience and education they are looking for. This search, then provides them with a list of possible candidates that they can reach out to.
• addWhat if I do not want my current employer to know I am interested in exploring other opportunities?
  When you build out your profile, you can choose to have your name excluded. Employers will still be able to contact you if they are interested in exploring an opportunity and you can choose to proceed or not.
• addWhat if I do not see a particular, skill, education or experience drop down that matches my skillset?
  You will have the option of “Other” where you can type in additional items not available on our menu.
• addIs the Chatroom restricted to members only or can other Travel Industry Professionals access this portal?
  The chatroom is meant to be used by members of our site. A place they can have chats on the industry, ask opinions, compare experiences, basically anything related to the business. An extension to your group of peers.
