A true professional, with more than 30 years experience in the Travel Industry; Klee brings a unique blend of in-depth knowledge having worked in various positions within the travel industry mixed with extensive experience providing expert knowledge of Human Resources within the Travel Industry.
Klee started her career with Sunquest Vacations in the Ticketing Department, then worked her way through areas such as Call Centre, Cruise, Europe Division, Air Yield and Operations, before shifting her career to Human Resources. Klee is a Certified Human Resources Professional as well as a Certified Human Resources Leader that uses her expert knowledge and understanding of the Travel Industry to provide a unique level of experience supporting both the Strategic and daily responsibilities of Human Resources. Klee has a demonstrated track record of success, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and quickly moving up to effectively lead the Human Resources needs of Thomas Cook North America and TravelBrands as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Klee demonstrates a reputation of finding the right balance and transparency with a calm and open approach regardless of the situation she navigates or the employees and stakeholders she supports.
